We’re switching systems!
We will soon be implementing a major system change. This is an important step towards providing even better service to our customers. However, some parts of our operations will be temporarily affected for a few days.
Between 28 November and 2 December, our warehouse will be closed for outbound shipments while we transfer data and transition to our new ERP system. During this period, order confirmations and delivery updates may take longer than usual, and our customer service team may also experience longer response times.
We are doing our best to ensure a smooth transition and minimise any inconvenience to you as a customer.
