We are happy to send out samples of our floors. We currently advice our customers to contact your nearest reseller in order to check the availability of samples and ask them to order samples for you to their store.
The samples will normally be sent from us within 1-3 working days. If you are unable to visit a reseller, contact us via e-mail and provide the following information:
- Name or article number of the floors you want to order samples of
- Social Security Number
- Delivery Address
- Billing address
- Telephone number
The sample cost may vary depending on your location. VAT, shipping and customs fees may apply.

Natural variation
The samples are approx. 20 x 30 cm and are primarily intended to give an impression of the floor’s quality, structure, gloss, locking function and manufacturing. Vibrancy, i.e. variations in colour and grain in the different parts of the floor, is best seen in the pictures here on the website or in our showrooms or resellers – You are welcome to book an appointment via our customer service!
Wooden floors are beautiful thanks to their natural grain and colour variations. Therefore, please note that there may be differences between the sample and the floor you are ordering as the sample is only a small part of a plank in the larger floor area.
